Easy Broccoli Chicken Alfredo
This recipe is a perfect weeknight meal! Delicious, hides in veggies, and so fast! It's also gluten free, keto and low carb! All you need is some chicken (rotisserie works great too), a jar of Alfredo sauce and frozen broccoli!

- 1 Tablespoon Avocado Oil
- 1 pound Chicken Breast (or rotisserie chicken)
- 1 Tablespoon Montreal Chicken Seasoning or another all purpose seasoning!
- 8 oz (half a jar) Alfredo Sauce I used Ragu
- 16 oz (1 package) Frozen Broccoli (steamed) I get at Sam's or Costco!
- Pasta or Pasta Substitute
Boil water for pasta if making traditional pasta.
Heat up oil in a pan. (I use an electric skillet) Cube the chicken into 1 in cubes.
Add the chicken to the hot oil. Sprinkle on the Montreal Chicken Seasoning!
Microwave the broccoli according to directions on package (about 5-8 minutes). Crisp the chicken in the oil until 165 degrees (about 10-15 minutes).
Start cooking the pasta if having traditional pasta. If having pasta substitute just warm the noodles in a pan with Italian seasoning (optional).
Add the steamed broccoli to the chicken. Stir to combine.
Add the Alfredo sauce to the broccoli/chicken!
Drain and plate pasta if using!
Put the mixture over prepared pasta or enjoy alone!
