Let’s Cook Together!

I’m excited to share what Brian and I will be meal prepping this Sunday! We love to meal prep on Sunday for the first three days of the week! I created a meal plan and shopping list to help make things easy and delicious for you and your family!

Recipes we will be making this week:

Keto in Pearl’s Spinach Artichoke Chicken Casserole

Grilled Cheese Social’s BAKED FETA PASTA – TikTok Original

Easy Mexican Cauliflower Rice

Canadian Bacon Egg Cup

Pizza Chicken

Turkey Tacos

One Pan Brats with Cabbage & Sauerkraut

First off, I’m not a doctor! I’m simply sharing what I’m eating each week for inspiration. We are all unique, and that is a beautiful thing. You should always modify for your individual needs/preferences. Scale up the portions and/or add more snacks if needed! Talk to your doctor for further guidance on your individual eating plan!

My goal here is to help you plan and create easy, affordable, deliciously healthy meals.

Here’s some notes for this week’s game plan

Skillet / Stove / Sous Vide

  • Turkey tacos (electric skillet or on the stove)
  • Prep Pork Chops for Sous vide (if you don’t have one you can cook on Sunday or just cook them quickly on Monday night on a cast iron)
  • Cook chicken for the lunch salads
  • Make Italian ground beef for Wednesday dinner

Oven

  • Baked Green beans
  • Bake the canadian bacon egg cups
  • bake asparagus and green beans

Misc:

  • Thursday is usually leftovers for dinner or breakfast for dinner.
  • We eat something simple like pizza/frozen burgers on fridays!
  • Then we do it all over again on the weekends!
