Hi! Thanks for stopping by! This is a small passion project I have started to have a place to share both my own traditions as well as ideas I have found along the way, that I use in my own life and hope to inspire others to do the same! I have always enjoyed doing crafts and fun activities or creating traditions for my little ones, and I love to share those on social media to inspire others as well as remember all the fun things we have done. So many people in my life have reached out for links, resources or details, which has encouraged me to start this site!
When I first became a Mama, I was so thankful to have it all: a husband that loved and supported me, a beautiful baby boy, and a career I was so passionate about. About a year in, I really struggled to find the balance. The cost of living in Southern California and the stress of being a full time working Mama really wore me down. I found myself crying to my best mentor and boss, saying I wanted to give 100% to both, and she explained that I didn’t have 200% to give, and I would have to make compromises along the way. I really loved how she put that, and as time went on, we decided the best decision for us was for me to become a stay at home Mama. In order to do that, we uplifted our life and moved to Northern Utah. Within a few short months, we had a new house and another baby on the way! It has been many seasons of transitions over the past two years, but I have to say I have really come to love and appreciate the life we have today. My days are now filled with chasing two wild little boys, and my main purpose is to give them the best life possible.
I was raised in a loving home with a Mom that made every holiday and celebration feel over the top. The was a reason for every season, and from green pancakes on St. Patty’s Day to the house decorated for your very own special day on your birthday, to Christmas mornings that felt like they came from out of a story book, my Mom created a childhood I’ll never forget. Now that I have my two little ones, I am determined to do the same. Here I will share ideas that I find from friends, online, on Pinterest, etc. as well as my own activities. I hope to create a space that is easy to follow and activities that are simple and affordable to implement in your own life to create magic for your kiddos and memories you both won’t forget!
