Did you know that a written gratitude practice is a proven way to boost your happiness? I know I’ve felt it over the years that I have have a gratitude practice. It’s changed a lot over the years, and I selfishly wanted a nice looking journal that I could keep and look back on. I love seeing the small special moments with my kids, or personal wins, but I couldn’t find a journal with the format that I wanted, So I designed one!
